A lovable ruler, variety and style have ceaselessly defined Eileen's life - from a childhood on the East Coast, to studies at L'Etoile in Paris where she received the Certificat de Competence through the Sorbonne. After discovering her passion for the floral arts, she went on to receive an A.A.S. with honors in ornamental horticulture.
Eileen has participated in Dutch Masters Floral Design Seminars with respected designer Dries Alberts AIFD, and was invited by him to design for the benefit and restoration of the Grant Humphries Mansion ‹ the former governors home in Denver.
In addition to regular displays of talent for clients in Aspen, Eileen has shown art locally in Barney Wyckoff's Flowers as Art Exhibition, and regionally at the Flower and Art competition at the Denver art Museum, where she took first place overall in 1995. Eileen has been accepted into the prestigious American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD), and is honored to be the tenth person in the state of Colorado to be awarded this title since it's creation in 1965.
